Gerard Pregenzer, MD, FACOG, FACS – President and CEO

Gerard is the former chairman of the department of obstetrics/gynecology at Somerset Medical Center. He completed his medical training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and has studied and trained at the Mayo Clinic, The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is a Diplomate and Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the International College of Surgeons and the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy-Advanced Operative Laparoscopy, as well as a member of the National Medical Honors Society, AOA and a member Medical Expert Advisory Panel for the State Board of Medical Examiners, New Jersey. Dr. Pregenzer has published more than 40 original abstracts and book chapters and has lectured worldwide, including recent presentations on laparoscopic hysterectomies at international medical conferences in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Venice and Rome, Italy. Gerard is both the founder and the Chief Medical Officer of Verify IMI, which was founded in February of 2008. And he is responsible for developing the application, and building and updating its clinical decision-support algorithms.

Robert B. Goley

Rob Goley is the founder of R.B. GOLEY, L.L.C., a consulting firm in medical professional liability established in 2013, culminating 30 years of insurance experience dedicated exclusively to the health care industry. Mr. Goley served long tenured positions with the MIIX Group of Companies and MDAdvantage Insurance Company of New Jersey, as Vice President and Sr. Vice President respectively. With a career territory spanning 26 states, he focuses on the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians and hospital systems, proactive risk management and patient safety initiatives (particularly in the field of obstetrics). Mr. Goley is a published author and co-author of numerous articles on professional liability and he has coordinated the development and presentation of more than 100 Continuing Medical Education seminars.

Lou Mazzucchelli – Business Development Advisor

Leader, business builder and entrepreneur, Lou has started, grown, run, analyzed and advised global public and private technology and media companies and markets. With extensive skills in strategy, communications, management, product development, marketing, sales and finance, Lou has delivered over $500M in gains to investment clients, has driven financing, M&A and divestiture events exceeding $100M and generated combined revenue of over $250M from businesses formed.

Lou is a skilled writer and public speaker. He was ranked as a top US Equity Analyst in consecutive years by The Wall St. Journal and named one of the top 200 people in the software industry by Software magazine.

Robert Barone – Vice President of Sales

Robert Barone is a veteran Sales Consultant, and healthcare sales expert. He has over 30 years of sales and consulting experience. Working for Johnson & Johnson, he shared responsibility for developing marketing strategies, expanding markets, and contributed to corporate marketplace understanding. As Managing Consultant, for RMB Sales Associates and Consulting, L.L.C., he designed and deployed successful product branding, and sales team design strategies for small, struggling, and start-up enterprises improving revenue, and penetrating markets. He is intimately knowledgeable of the general Healthcare Marketplace and Surgical Community.

Lucien Soivilus – Information Technology Consultant

Lucien has a proven track record spanning more than 10 years in the full life cycle of software application development, with expertise in areas like Relational Database (RDBMS) design, Structured Query Language (SQL) optimization, Graphical User Interface (GUI) design, and usability testing and human-computer interaction skills. His skill in designing and developing data-driven interactive Web sites, software applications and relational databases, and his ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully make him an invaluable member of the VerifyIMI team.

Lucien holds double masters degrees from James Madison University in Technical Communications and Information Security, and in Computer Sciences.

Kermit Dyke

Kermit, the former Vice President Valley National Bank, has more than 37 years of banking experience in New York and New Jersey, on both the credit and marketing side of commercial banking. He joined Valley National Bank 11 years ago as the Bank’s Chief Credit Policy officer, and has held positions as the Senior Commercial Lending Officer for NY and New Jersey.

He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University and is a graduate of the NYSBA (New York State Bankers Association) Executive Development Program and the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management. He is a past Chairman and of the New Jersey Bankers Association’s Commercial Lending Committee and a member of its Federal Reserve Relations and Taxation and Legislation Committees. Kermit served in the U.S. Marine Corps for three years as a First Lieutenant/Platoon Commander. He has served on the Boards of the Westfield YMCA, United Fund of Westfield, as Trustee of the New York Military Academy, and as Deacon of the First Congregational Church of Westfield.

Michael Keating, JD

Mr. Keating has practiced law in New Jersey for nearly 30 years and specializes in the healthcare arena. He represents physicians, dentists, and other health care providers in malpractice, disciplinary, licensing, hospital privileges and third party payer (including Medicare and Medicaid) disputes. He is responsible for the development and presentation of seminars and lecture programs in focused areas of complex civil litigation including seminars on current topics and developments in medical malpractice law.

Mr. Keating holds undergraduate and JD degrees from Boston College. He graduated summa cum laude, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and, was Managing Editor of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review.
